As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the time schedule, quality and financial performance of all proposals and projects assigned. Projects typically operate within the residential and medical sectors although the opportunity to manage projects within other industrial sectors (e.g. office, pharmaceuticals) is possible. Projects operate throughout their entire lifecycle from delivery of concept and front end studies through to small and mid-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) type projects.

 

A typical week would include:

  • Effectively lead and manage multi-discipline task force teams and professionals
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Develop effective project strategy and execution plans
  • Clearly communicate project requirements (scope / objectives / deliverables etc.)
  • Produce and implement project quality and co-ordination procedures
  • Create proposal / study documents including time / cost estimates
  • Develop robust plans using best practise project management techniques (WBS, GANNT etc.)
  • Create realistic resource and financial forecasts
  • Lead the projects risk management process
  • Contract management including change control (variation orders, extension to contract etc.)
  • Facilitate project reviews (e.g. constructability, value engineering, design safety, as-built documentation)
  • Produce regular project progress reports
  • Frequent travelling across Poland, including flights and land public transport

Experience:

  • Successful track record in residential and/or medical project management or construction supervision
  • Good working knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Proven ability to manage and co-ordinate design, engineering, procurement and construction management teams
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of contracts terms and conditions
  • Minimum 10-year experience in construction induystry

As Projects Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers and Leaders. Projects typically operate within the residential and medical construction sectors although the opportunity to manage projects within other industrial sectors (e.g. office, pharmaceuticals, laboratories) is possible. Projects operate throughout their entire lifecycle from delivery of concept and front-end studies through to small and mid-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) type projects.

 

A typical week would include:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, project managers and project stakeholders, including especially the officials from authorities and administrative bodies
  • Support the project state/ municipal administrative proceedings, on behalf of the company and the customer
  • Develop and maintain effective project document control and archiving procedures
  • Organize, administrate tenders for suppliers of the project
  • Correspond and communicate with project suppliers
  • Clearly communicate project requirements (documents / issues / resources etc.)
  • Support organization and administration of meetings, presentations, travels
  • Produce regular reports regarding business supporting services
