Details of the executive design, the reality of the investment area, detailed terms of contracts, the so-called “legal tricks”, nuances of warranty conditions, impact on adjacent properties… these and many other details have a big influence on the final balance of your investment – my experience proves it. In my work I do my best to see all the details and evaluate their impact on the final result. With continuous monitoring of the details, it is crucial to efficiently close subsequent stages of the process. I think that with the ability to manage risk I stand out above my competitors.

I run sole proprietorship; I strive for being better, not bigger. For me being better means assisting my clients conduct construction projects. I run my company under my own name, I am responsible for my business with my own assets, and I have very few clients, so I care about them. That is why I am continuously improving my services; it is not a corporation slogan, but natural way resulting from the direction I have chosen. My company does not employ many people, does not run an expensive office, or marketing and is not managed by a board of directors. The good quality to price ratio is a natural consequence of my company model.
