My company supports and, on their request, stands in for investors in the process of conducting investment projects: from the concept stage, through the preparation of the investment, implementation, commercialization, to handing over the construction object for use and the start of its functioning. The stress is put on comprehensive and possibly flexible preparation of the investment. Therefore, apart from representing the investor at the construction site and supervising commercialization, I offer a wide range of services preceding the stages of implementation and commercialization, not only in terms of project development control, but above all in terms of the selection of competent experts, preparation of technical, economic and organizational analyses, legal regulation of the construction process and operational activity, and mitigation of investment risk.
In my practice, every penny invested in the preparation of the project pays for itself many times during the construction process, preventing escalation of additional costs and delays in commissioning. After the completion of the construction and assembly work, MIKE management provides support of the start-up and stabilization of the new facility, securing the interests of investors and users.

I run sole proprietorship; I strive for being better, not bigger. For me being better means assisting my clients conduct construction projects. I run my company under my own name, I am responsible for my business with my own assets, and I have very few clients, so I care about them. That is why I am continuously improving my services; it is not a corporation slogan, but natural way resulting from the direction I have chosen. My company does not employ many people, does not run an expensive office, or marketing and is not managed by a board of directors. The good quality to price ratio is a natural consequence of my company model.
